    Short term rentals love to keep things interesting. We fell in love with South Florida and it sure does like to keep things interesting. As Miami has exploded in popularity, I bought a few short term rentals in emerging markets nearby. Just north of Miami, is a small beach town and an area I think will see a lot of future growth. Unfortunately in this case, the neighbors in the area didn’t want rental property being purchased nearby and made a big stink with the city officials. Any issue you think you think a property can have, this one has, but boy will it be worth it once it’s all resolved. Check the before images of this diamond in the rough.
