    You’ve heard of creative financing, but what about creative investing? Today’s investors can’t just go pick up a cash flowing property-if it existed someone else would already have bought it. What you can do is find a use for a property other investors missed. The best way to pull this off is to have a wide array of tools in your toolkit. Investors who understand the rehab process, can add square footage to properties, or who know how to utilize short term, medium term, and traditional rental strategies can make deals work that others can’t.
