    Ready for one of my favorite analogies?! This one is for anyone who is hesitant to jump into the market because prices are “too high.” If you find yourself wishing that you would have invested a year ago (or however long ago) because prices were “better,” guess what? You’ll find yourself having that same exact thought next year wishing you would have invested in 2022.

    A rising tide lifts all boats. When you put a buoy in the water it rises with the tide, some buoys more than others. When you invest in hard assets, like real estate, those buoys will just rise with inflation. It’s better to get a buoy in the water now while the tide is rising and let it carry your buoy upwards rather than looking back and seeing how high everyone else’s buoys are and wishing you would have put one in the water earlier.
